Is there an extra fee for last-minute orders?

No, there is no extra fee for last-minute orders.

We understand that you may have just learned about our business, or sometimes you may need to send a gift on short notice.

How do I order a custom gift basket?

Can I order multiple gift baskets in one order?

All orders must be placed according to the delivery date and location to ensure accuracy.

If you are ordering multiple gift baskets destined for different locations with different delivery dates, please complete each order individually.

For recipients checking in at the same resort on the same day, you can place a single order. Just provide the specific details for each gift basket before adding them to your cart.

What are your delivery fees?

Delivery to the zip codes listed on our Delivery Information page is completely free! We ensure your gift basket reaches its destination at no additional cost within these areas.

How are deliveries handled at Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Orlando Resort?

All orders destined for Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Orlando Resort will be delivered to the front desk of your resort.

Given the busy and ever-changing nature of an Orlando vacation, this is the most reliable option for both the recipient and us.

We are not allowed to provide in-room deliveries.

The resort will typically notify the recipient of deliveries, and they can arrange room delivery or personal pick-up at the front desk.

We recommend informing the recipient about the awaiting gift at the front desk after you are notified it was delivered.

How are deliveries handled for other Resorts and Vacation rentals?

For deliveries to other Resorts and Vacation rentals, we aim to deliver the gift basket at the front desk or welcome center, if available.

Our standard procedure involves attempting delivery to the front desk first before arranging specific delivery times with the recipient.

However, please note that some resorts may not hold deliveries for guests. In such cases, we kindly request you to provide a contact phone number in the designated section in case of any delivery issues. We will then coordinate a suitable delivery time.

What is the standard delivery time for gift basket orders?

Deliveries for gift basket orders are scheduled to arrive by the evening on the specified delivery date.

Gift baskets may arrive a few days before your stay, depending on our delivery schedule and resort policies.

You will receive a delivery notification once your gift basket is delivered.

For orders containing baked goods, delivery will be scheduled on your check-in date to ensure freshness.

Unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or heavy traffic may cause delays. We strive to ensure timely deliveries, but we appreciate your understanding in case of any unexpected challenges that may arise.

We do our utmost to guarantee that your gift is waiting for you or your recipient to enjoy upon arrival.

What should I do if my trip dates change?

We understand that vacation plans can sometimes change. If you need to modify the delivery date or location for your gift basket order due to unforeseen circumstances, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please notify us in advance, and we will work with you to make the necessary adjustments.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All of our gift baskets come beautifully wrapped, ready for gifting. You can also choose to include a personalized gift message for that extra touch.

Same-day orders may come wrapped in a reusable bag with tissue paper instead of a basket.

Do you accommodate allergy and dietary restrictions for your gift baskets?

Yes, we are dedicated to accommodating allergy and dietary restrictions to ensure that our gift baskets meet your specific needs.

What occurs if a substitution is necessary for a gift in my order?

If such a situation arises, we will seek your approval before making any gift substitutions.

What occurs if a substitution is necessary for a treat within my order?

We are committed to delivering the precise treats and products outlined in your gift basket.

On rare occasions, we may need to substitute a particular treat, aiming to match it as closely as possible.

This situation typically occurs during exceptionally busy times of the year when local grocery stores may run out of specific products.

Is it possible to include a cake in my order?

Yes, you can certainly add a cake to your order! We order, pick up and deliver a delicious selection of cakes that can be added to complement your gift basket or stand alone as a sweet treat.

Simply browse our cake options, select your preferred cake, and add it to your cart during the checkout process. 

*Cakes & Cookie Cakes are exclusively available for delivery to Walt Disney World Resort. Unfortunately, at this time, Universal Orlando Resort does not facilitate food deliveries to the front desk.
