When should I place my order?
For timely delivery, order at least 2 days before your desired date.
Do you accept last-minute orders?
Yes! Next-day delivery is $20 if ordered by 2 PM EST and items are in stock. Contact us to confirm availability.
How do I order a custom gift basket?
Fill out our Custom Gift Basket Request Form, and we’ll craft the perfect gift for you.
Can I include a gift note?
Yes, add your message in the order form, it’s free!
Can I order multiple gift baskets?
Absolutely! For the same resort and date, place one order with details for each basket. For different locations or dates, order separately.
Delivery
What are your delivery fees?
Delivery is free within our standard Orlando zones. Next-day delivery is $20 (by 2 PM EST, if in stock). See our Delivery Information page for details.
How are deliveries handled at Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resorts?
We deliver to the resort front desk, safe and convenient. Resorts typically notify recipients, who can pick up or arrange room delivery (per resort policy). In-room delivery isn’t available. Check with the front desk on arrival!
What about other resorts or vacation rentals?
We deliver similarly, if possible, just provide the address and any instructions for a smooth drop-off.
What if my trip dates change?
Contact us before your delivery date, and we’ll adjust as best we can.

Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
Yes, we handle most common needs, let us know!
What if a substitution is needed?
If an item is out of stock, we will substitute with something similar.
Can I add a cake?
Yes, we offer fresh cakes and cookie cakes from trusted local bakers, available only for Walt Disney World Resort deliveries. Universal Orlando doesn’t allow food drop-offs, so cakes aren’t an option there.
