Your basket is built fresh in Orlando with the exact plush character you picked. Plush is never substituted, we only list styles we have in stock. Snacks, drinks, and keepsakes are packed in and wrapped with care.

We hand-deliver to your resort's Front Desk or Bell Services and text you photo proof, so you know it arrived even from miles away.

How far in advance should I order?
You can order anytime from 1 to 365 days ahead of your delivery date, and standard delivery is free. Need it today? Order by 10:00 AM Eastern Time for same-day delivery for an additional $20, subject to availability.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando resort hotels, straight to the Front Desk or Bell Services. Vacation homes, rental properties, businesses, and other locations are available by custom order, just contact us through our website form.
Do you ship outside of Orlando?
Yes, our Disney Parks Snack Gift Basket ships anywhere in the US via UPS Ground for a $20 flat rate, with tracking and insurance included. Nationwide shipping is currently available in the Small size only.
Do you deliver directly to the guest room?
No. Resorts require deliveries to go through the Front Desk or Bell Services. We photograph every delivery and text the photo to you, the sender, so you have proof it arrived.
What if my travel plans change?
Contact us before your scheduled delivery date and we will move your delivery to a new date or issue store credit for a future order. Store credit is valid for 12 months.
Will my basket look exactly like the photo?
Very close. Baskets are hand-assembled, so slight variations in presentation can happen. Your plush character is never substituted. If a snack is unavailable, we substitute an item of equal or greater value.
How do I add a gift message?
Enter your message in the Gift Tag section on the product page before adding the basket to your cart. It is printed and delivered with the basket.
